1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Red Devil, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized resale

  • Payment issues

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorized payment processing partners. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected where required by law.

5. Customer Accounts

Certain Website features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to promptly update any changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Shipping

Fix-A-Floor® currently ships orders within the United States only. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Red Devil, Inc.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information or for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Orders received with visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should retain all packaging materials and provide photographs when requested.

7. Returns & Limited Replacement Warranty

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Our products are covered by a Limited Replacement Warranty only. If a product fails by peeling, cracking, or separating when applied strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions, Red Devil, Inc. may replace the product at no charge provided:

  • The warranty claim is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date;

  • Proof of purchase is provided;

  • The used product container or cartridge is returned upon request for verification; and

  • The product was used in a residential application.

The Limited Replacement Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper application

  • Failure to follow installation instructions

  • Commercial or industrial use

  • Product misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Structural movement

  • Moisture intrusion

  • Improper substrate preparation

  • Incompatible flooring systems

  • Damage caused by conditions beyond our control

  • Labor costs

  • Removal or replacement costs

  • Consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages

8. Product Use Disclaimer

Fix-A-Floor® products are designed to repair hollow or loose flooring when used strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Product performance depends upon numerous factors including:

  • Proper substrate preparation

  • Compatibility with flooring materials

  • Adhesive condition beneath the flooring

  • Moisture conditions

  • Structural integrity of the subfloor

  • Correct drilling and injection procedures

  • Compliance with all product instructions

Users are solely responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their intended application.

Improper installation, misuse, failure to follow instructions, use on incompatible flooring systems, or conditions beyond our control may affect product performance and may void the Limited Replacement Warranty.

If you submit product reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, or other content, you grant Red Devil, Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize such content for business, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
