6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, claims must be made directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible but are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.


7. No Shipping-Related Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Missed delivery dates

  • Refused shipments

  • Undeliverable packages

Returned shipments due to refusal or failed delivery may not be refunded and may be subject to reshipping fees.


8. Product Replacement vs. Shipping Issues

Shipping issues are not covered under our product replacement warranty.

Product replacements are only available under the terms of our Limited Replacement Warranty and require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Compliance with application instructions

  • Submission of the used cartridge or container
