5. Limited Replacement Warranty
If a product, when applied strictly according to manufacturer instructions, peels, cracks, or separates, it will be replaced at no charge under the following conditions:

The claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase

Proof of purchase is provided

The used cartridge or container is returned for inspection

The product was used for residential applications only
This replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available.
6. Warranty Limitations & Disclaimers
This limited replacement warranty:

Does not cover commercial or industrial applications

Excludes labor costs, removal costs, incidental damages, and consequential damages
No other warranties apply, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer and seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through this website.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
